Tersita de Blank entered the exhilarating and fast paced real estate industry in 1987. As a marketing and Sales Manager for the Cutler Oaks Residential Community, this was the pioneering gated community in what is now Palmetto Bay.
Teresita holds a BA from the University of Miami with a major in Marketing and Advertising. This element of her background gives her customers an edge… “merchandising and marketing a property are the delight of my business day” recalls Teresita. She pursed her marketing knowhow in New York City working for top advertising agencies as – Doyle Dane, Bernback and BBD&O. And just before venturing into her passion for real estate, she spearheaded marketing positions at Burlington Industries and Avon Inc.
Her ability to analyze and create strategic merchandising and marketing coupled with her understanding of advertising approaches are key to her award-winning production and a bonus to her customers. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, a prerequisite for the global network and international buyers and sellers of our very cosmopolitan Miami!
